Juan de Fuca Veterinary Clinic Cancellation Policy
We thank you for trusting us with the care and well-being of your beloved family member.
Due to the very high demand for appointment times, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call a minimum 24 hours in advance during regular business hours. Surgical bookings require 48 hours' notice of cancellation or change. By cancelling your appointment as soon as possible, allows us to help other patients who are needing care and waiting to be seen.
Clients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments that have been confirmed or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered no-show and will be billed the full cost of the scheduled visit.
Clients who fail to show up for surgical bookings, the client will forfeit deposit. For routine surgical bookings where a deposit may not be taken, the client will be billed for 25% of the scheduled procedure. All no-show/missed visits are recorded in client files. Multiple no-show's may result in that client being discharged from our practice and asked to seek healthcare with another practice. We realize that an emergency may occur, and you may not be able to notify us. We will discuss that situation with you when it happens.
