We are a judgement free facility - masks are optional for entry into the building - please be kind and respectful of everyone’s decision to wear/not wear masks.

Monday – 9am to 6pm
Tuesday - 9am to 9pm
Wednesday - 9am to 9pm
Thursday - 9am to 9pm
Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 5pm (closed 1-2pm)
Sunday & Stat Holidays - CLOSED

Fear/stress free APPOINTMENTS:
Please park in a numbered parking stall
Please remain in your vehicle
Call 250-478-9544 to check in for your appointment
When the veterinarian or technician is ready for you & your pet, they will come out to your vehicle and escort you/your pet into an exam room.
Cats must be in a carrier/Dogs must be on a leash (no flexi leashes) and secure collar
Upon completion of exam – invoice can be paid at a reception terminal
CURRENT WAIT TIMES EXPECTED FOR SERVICES
We offer the option to be on a wait or cancellation list. We have daily cancellation list options for urgent and semi-urgent care, and surgical wait list/cancellation list. Please ask our Client Care Team for information.
APPOINTMENTS/SERVICES
Advance booking – Up to 1 week for wellness/annual or non-urgent appointments.
Illness, urgent care and time-sensitive vaccinations continue to have priority for appointment bookings. We recommend forward booking all wellness/annual exams or non-urgent services whenever possible. The more lead time we are given – the better we can accommodate your request for specific day, time or preferred veterinarian. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment will be billed full cost of their scheduled consult.
SURGICAL BOOKINGS
Advance booking - 1 to 3 months
Surgical bookings have a lead time of 1 to 3 months. This includes spay/neuter, routine dentistry and elective procedures. Please note that urgent and illness continue to be a priority. We will try our best accommodate everyone. Clients who fail to show up for scheduled surgical bookings forfeit deposit. For routine surgical bookings where a deposit may not be taken, the client will be billed at 25% of the scheduled procedure fee.
FOOD ORDERS
Food orders continue to be made through our online store – Vetstore. These are delivered to right your door. Take advantage of the “auto order” feature for pet foods and save! The link to our Vetstore is located on the right side of our homepage and navigation bar. Very limited quantities and sizes of foods available in clinic.
